The Tax Payment and Filing service is available through business online banking platform for most Canadian Banks.
It is an easy and fast way to make various tax remittances to Canada Revenue Agency and Ontario Government, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Attention: payment needs to be made 2 business days before deadline in order to be received in time.
STEP 1

Login your business online banking, locate and click on 'Tax Payment and Filing’ – mostly on the left or top pane

For the first time users, complete Registration Steps on your online banking for this service

Enter your business name and CRA business number to register

STEP 2
Choose 'All tax types' and pick the correct Payment type

For T2 Corporate Tax Payment

If payment on filing, choose 'Federal - Corporation Income Tax Balance Due -- TXBAL -- (RC177)'

If tax instalment, choose 'Federal -Corporation Tax Payment - TXINS’

For HST Payment

HST payment on filing - Choose 'Federal - GST/HST Balance Due -- GST -B --(RC177)'

HST instalment - Choose 'Federal - GST/HST Payment Only - GST-P - (GST-P)’

Payroll Remittance

Payroll remittance - Choose 'Federal Payroll Deductions - Monthly/Quarterly - EMPTX -(PD7A)

STEP 3
Enter tax account number for your business.
It's the 9 digit business number (BN) plus the below 6 digit tax account code:

Corporate Tax Account - '9 digit BN + RC0001'

HST Account - '9 digit BN + RT0001'

Payroll Account - '9 digit BN + RP0001’
